Safety Cover Support

The Safety Cover Support is a vital internal reinforcement component designed for the E-CBS-630 and E-CBS-730 series continuous band sealers. Installed within the machine’s safety cover, this threaded spacer prevents the cover from collapsing or flexing during machine operation, protecting internal components and ensuring the operator's safety. Its robust metal construction provides structural integrity without adding unnecessary weight. Key Features Hexagonal Spacer Design: Hex body enables easy tightening with standard wrenches during assembly and maintenance. Threaded Stud & Socket Ends: One end features an external male thread, while the opposite end has an internal female thread, allowing secure mounting to both the frame and the cover. Durable Metal Construction: Made from corrosion-resistant steel or zinc-plated alloy for lasting performance in industrial environments. Load-Bearing Reinforcement: Supports the safety cover against external pressure, vibration, and mechanical stress during sealing operations. Compatible With: E-CBS-630 E-CBS-630-D E-CBS-730 E-CBS-730-D E-CBS-730-D-N E-CBS-730-D-L-R E-CBS-730-220
