SafAle S-33

SafAle S-33 is a fruity ale yeast that produces distinctive ester profiles and contributes significant body and mouthfeel to finished beers. This strain performs exceptionally well in Belgian ale styles—Blond, Dubbel, Tripel, and Quadrupel—as well as in strong English ales like Imperial Stouts and modern New England IPAs. The yeast settles at medium sedimentation rates, forming a fine powdery sediment that resuspends easily without clumping, making it straightforward to handle during fermentation and packaging.
