Yune Yoga+2Yune Yoga+2 Why 6 mm hits the comfort–control sweet spot If your knees, hips, or wrists appreciate extra support, 6 mm often strikes the “just-right” balance—soft enough for pressure relief, steady enough for dynamic movement. Independent editor roundups repeatedly note that thicker mats (≈6 mm or more) feel kinder during gentle or restorative work; by contrast, slightly thinner mats (≈4–5 mm) can feel a touch steadier for advanced balance practice. Choose based on your preferred ground feel and class type. SELFYoga Journal Design & materials (made to practice—and last) Saeki’s PER base provides dependable support while helping you avoid common rubber allergens.
