S447X Stenner S420 Series Pump - S44 Model

Stenner S420 Series Variable Speed Metering Pump | S447X The Stenner S447X is a high-pressure, heavy-duty peristaltic pump from the S420 Series, engineered for precise chemical dosing in high-head applications. As part of the robust S44 configuration, this model is designed to overcome significant system backpressure, delivering a consistent flow rate of 60 Gallons Per Day (GPD) at pressures up to 100 PSI. The S420 Series is built for advanced industrial automation, featuring the ability to pace chemical injection in direct proportion to an incoming 4-20mA analog signal. This makes the S447X an ideal solution for automated water treatment processes such as high-pressure municipal disinfection, boiler water treatment, and cooling tower chemical feed. The digital control pad allows for seamless signal scaling or a quick switch to manual mode for constant flow requirements. Key Technical Features 4-20mA Signal Response: Automatically adjusts dosing speed based on an external analog signal for precise, hands-off system automation. High-Pressure Performance: Rated for up to 100 PSI, making it suitable for injection into pressurized water mains and industrial process lines. NEMA 4X Rated Housing: The totally enclosed polycarbonate enclosure protects internal electronics from corrosive vapors, moisture, and dust. Smart Safety Monitoring: Includes integrated leak detection that stops the pump if a tube leak is sensed, along with a programmable tube change timer. Brushless DC Motor: Features a continuous-duty motor with ball-bearing support for quiet, reliable, long-term operation. Tool-Less Maintenance: Equipped with the patented QuickPro pump head, allowing for rapid tube replacements without tools. Self-Priming & Gas Handling: The peristaltic design is inherently self-priming, can safely run dry, and will not vapor lock from off-gassing chemicals like sodium hypochlorite. Complete Installation Kit: Includes foot valve, 100 PSI high-pressure injection fitting, weighted suction/discharge tubing, and a spare pump tube. View manufacturer specs here
