S3404 Stenner S420 Series Pump - S34 Model

Stenner S420 Series Variable Speed Metering Pump | S3404 The Stenner S3404 is a high-output, variable speed peristaltic pump from the S420 Series, engineered for precise chemical dosing in automated water treatment systems. This S34 model is designed for high-volume, low-pressure applications, delivering a powerful 60 Gallons Per Day (GPD) at pressures up to 25 PSI. The S420 Series is specifically built to integrate with external controllers, allowing the pump to dose liquid solutions in direct proportion to an incoming 4-20mA analog signal. This makes the S3404 an ideal solution for industrial and municipal wastewater treatment, pH and ORP monitoring, and cooling tower water treatment. The operator can easily scale the pump's response to the signal using the intuitive control pad or switch to manual mode for constant flow requirements. Key Technical Features 4-20mA Signal Control: Automatically adjusts dosing speed based on an external analog input for seamless system automation. 60 GPD Flow Rate: High-volume output capability suitable for larger commercial and industrial chemical feed requirements. NEMA 4X Enclosure: Rugged polycarbonate housing protects the pump’s internal electronics from moisture, dust, and corrosive chemicals. Leak Detection Technology: Integrated sensors stop the pump if a tube leak is detected, preventing chemical spills and equipment damage. Brushless DC Motor: Equipped with ball bearing support for quiet, continuous-duty operation and extended motor life. Tool-Less Maintenance: Features the patented QuickPro pump head, allowing for pump tube replacement in seconds without tools. Self-Priming & Gas Handling: Peristaltic design is self-priming, will not vapor lock from off-gassing chemicals like bleach, and can safely run dry. Complete Installation Kit: Includes foot valve, 25 PSI injection fitting, weighted suction/discharge tubing, and a spare pump tube. View manufacturer specs here
