Built with heavy-duty waxed canvas uppers and leather lowers, the Ryker AT™ offers a unique look while still carrying the support and craftsmanship Frank’s is known for. The canvas upper helps reduce weight, adds breathability, and gives the boot a distinctive workwear-inspired style. The Ryker AT™ is also a great choice for customers who want to customize the final look of their boots. With the Build Your Own option, you can choose your canvas color, leather lowers, stitching color, hooks and eyes, and more. Built on the 55 last with a Mini Vibram sole and logger heel, the Ryker AT™ is made for everyday wear, light work, outdoor use, and customers who want a more unique Frank’s boot. Like most of Frank’s handmade boots, the Ryker AT™ is fully rebuildable and resoleable, giving you a boot that can be kept in service for years. The canvas used on the Ryker AT™ gives the boot a lighter, more breathable feel while still offering rugged workwear character. It may feel firm at first, but will become more flexible with wear. Cotton duck canvas also handles small sparks and hot ash better than many synthetic fabrics, though it is still flammable and should not be considered fireproof.
