Ryan Read Barbell Anchor (BULK)

Turn Any Barbell Into a More Versatile Training Tool The Ryan Read Barbell Anchor gives you a simple, portable way to perform landmine-style exercises without installing a permanent attachment or dedicating part of your gym to another piece of equipment. Slide the open end over the sleeve of a compatible Olympic barbell, position the rounded end securely against the floor, and start training. Its wide, rounded design allows the barbell to pivot naturally through presses, rows, squats, rotational movements, and other multidirectional exercises. The textured exterior provides additional traction where the Barbell Anchor meets the floor, while its durable, shock-absorbing construction creates a protective barrier between the barbell and your training surface. It’s a practical addition to home gyms, commercial facilities, personal training sessions, and workouts on the road. Compact enough to fit inside most gym bags, the Ryan Read Barbell Anchor lets you add an entirely new range of movements to your training without hauling around a bulky landmine base. More Exercises.
