Coleccion Rutini Sauvignon Blanc (6 Bottles)

Introducing Rutini Sauvignon Blanc, a refined expression of 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the esteemed regions of Gualtallary and Altamira. Crafted under the watchful eye of renowned winemaker Lic. Mariano Di Paola, this wine is aged for 3 months, with 10% of the blend briefly resting in French oak, adding subtle complexity to its fresh and vibrant profile. In the glass, it shines with a brilliant yellow hue and greenish reflections. The nose is greeted with intense citrus aromas, reminiscent of pink grapefruit, complemented by delicate herbal notes. On the palate, it offers a refreshing and fruit-forward experience, balanced by a fleeting touch of oak that lends it a unique character and an elegant finish. Rutini Sauvignon Blanc pairs beautifully with a range of sophisticated dishes, ideal for gourmet dining. Indulge in its crisp freshness alongside seared scallops with a lemon butter sauce, or enjoy it with oysters on the half shell topped with a cucumber mignonette. It also complements herb-crusted halibut served with a light citrus beurre blanc or a lobster bisque with a hint of tarragon. For a vegetarian option, consider pairing it with a goat cheese and arugula salad, or a truffle-infused potato gratin. Elevate your dining experience with the vibrant and balanced elegance of Rutini Sauvignon Blanc, perfect for pairing with exquisite cuisine Rutini Sauvignon Blanc  Grape Varieties: Sauvignon Blanc Country: Argentina Region: Mendoza Appellation: Gualtallary y Altamira Producer: Rutini Wines Color: White Winemaker: Mariano Di Paola Size: 750ml Quantity: 6 Bottles Adult signature may be required.
