Coleccion Rutini Chardonnay 750ml (6 Bottles)

Introducing Rutini Chardonnay, a sophisticated expression of 100% Chardonnay, sourced from the prestigious vineyards of Gualtallary and Altamira. This elegant white wine, crafted by renowned winemaker Lic. Mariano Di Paola, has been aged for 9 months, with 50% of the blend maturing in French oak barrels, adding complexity and balance. With an attractive golden color and marked green reflections, Rutini Chardonnay dazzles with its intense fruity aromas, enriched by soft vanilla notes from its oak aging. On the palate, it presents a long and complex profile, with excellent fruitiness and a persistence that leaves a pleasant final impression. This Chardonnay pairs perfectly with a wide variety of exquisite dishes. It complements grilled or smoked fish, pink salmon, and seafood beautifully. It also goes well with puff pastries filled with tuna or vegetables, vegetarian dishes, or white meats served with rice. For a special touch, enjoy it with semi-hard cheeses like Gruyere, or with pasta in light cream-based sauces, seasoned with nutmeg, saffron, or white pepper.
