Rutini Chardonnay 750ml

Presenting Rutini Chardonnay, a refined white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, carefully harvested from the high-altitude vineyards of Gualtallary and Altamira. Under the expertise of winemaker Lic. Mariano Di Paola, this wine undergoes 9 months of aging, with half of the blend maturing in French oak barrels, lending it a harmonious complexity. With its golden hue and subtle green tints, Rutini Chardonnay impresses with vibrant fruity aromas, enriched by delicate vanilla notes from its time in oak. On the palate, the wine reveals a layered and long-lasting flavor profile, showcasing excellent fruit expression and a lingering, smooth finish. This versatile Chardonnay pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes. It enhances the flavors of grilled or smoked fish, pink salmon, and seafood, and pairs well with savory puff pastry filled with tuna or vegetables. Vegetarian dishes and white meats served with rice also complement this wine, along with semi-hard cheeses like Gruyere. Additionally, pasta with light cream-based sauces, spiced with nutmeg, saffron, or white pepper, is an ideal match. Enjoy Rutini Chardonnay elegance and complexity, a wine crafted to elevate your dining experience with every sip Rutini Chardonnay  Grape Varieties: Chardonnay Country: Argentina Region: Mendoza Appellation: Gualtallary y Altamira Producer: Rutini Wines Color: White Winemaker: Mariano Di Paola Size: 750ml Quantity: 1 bottle Adult signature may be required.
