Rutini Cabernet Syrah 750ml

Introducing the Rutini Cabernet Syrah, a marvelous blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Syrah, sourced from the renowned Valle de Uco. This wine, crafted under the guidance of Lic. Mariano Di Paola and aged for 12 months in barrels, showcases an intense red color with violet hues that captivate the eye. As you bring the glass closer, aromas of red fruits and spices are quickly released, accompanied by classic notes of vanilla and cocoa that result from its aging in French and American oak. On the palate, this warm and vibrant red offers an appealing texture, with subtle hints of licorice and black pepper that add complexity. The Rutini Cabernet Syrah is perfect for pairing with a variety of American dishes. Imagine enjoying it with juicy smoked brisket, enhanced by a spicy BBQ sauce. It also pairs wonderfully with grilled ribs seasoned with aromatic herbs or a hearty goulash that highlights its spiced notes. For a more casual touch, a cheese board featuring Provolone, Parmigiano, and Gorgonzola will make each sip an unforgettable experience.
