Coleccion Rutini Cabernet Sauvignon (6 Bottles)

Discover the Rutini Cabernet Sauvignon, a winemaking gem that captures the essence of the finest plots in Altamira and Gualtallary. This Cabernet Sauvignon, made from 100% high-quality grapes, reflects the mastery of Lic. Mariano Di Paola in every bottle. After aging for 12 months in French oak barrels, this wine presents an intense ruby red color. On the nose, it delights with a fruity bouquet evoking notes of black fruit, vanilla, and subtle spices like red pepper and peppercorns. On the palate, its structure is supported by enveloping and silky tannins, offering a long and persistent finish that invites further enjoyment. This Cabernet Sauvignon is the perfect companion for grilled and roasted red meats. Imagine a perfectly seasoned ribeye steak, accompanied by truffle purée and grilled asparagus. It also pairs excellently with a venison stew in red wine sauce, creating a sublime culinary experience. For those who prefer more delicate flavors, a cheese board with semi-hard cheeses, black olives, and a touch of honey can further enhance the wine experience. Enjoy a special evening with the Rutini Cabernet Sauvignon, a wine that will not only delight your palate but also enrich your most memorable moments. Cheers to excellence!
