Coleccion Rutini Cabernet-Merlot (6 Bottles)

Discover the Rutini Cabernet Merlot, an exquisite blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot, sourced from the prestigious Valle de Uco. This wine, crafted under the guidance of Lic. Mariano Di Paola and aged for 12 months in barrels, showcases an attractive intense red color with purple hues. As you bring the glass closer, the nose delights in aromas of red fruits and preserves, complemented by notes of vanilla and bitter cocoa that arise from its oak aging. On the palate, this wine feels round and consistent, with a long finish that leaves a lasting impression. The Rutini Cabernet Merlot is the perfect companion for a variety of sophisticated dishes. Imagine enjoying it with grilled lamb marinated in fresh herbs and served with truffle-infused cauliflower purée. It also pairs wonderfully with wild mushroom risotto, which enhances its complexity.
