Coleccion Rutini Cabernet Franc (6 Bottles)

Introducing Rutini Cabernet Franc, a sophisticated wine crafted from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes grown in the esteemed regions of Altamira and Gualtallary. This wine, under the guidance of renowned winemaker Lic. Mariano Di Paola, is aged for 12 months, with 20% of the blend maturing in French oak barrels, adding depth and complexity. Its deep garnet hue, with brilliant purple reflections, sets the stage for a sensory experience. On the nose, it reveals a striking blend of red fruits—raspberry, strawberry, and blackberry—combined with fresh hints of mint, spices, and smoky notes from its careful barrel aging. On the palate, it delivers a firm yet smooth texture, offering a full-bodied, round, and fluid mouthfeel, with soft tannins that linger pleasantly on the finish. The Rutini Cabernet Franc pairs beautifully with a range of elegant and elaborate dishes. For a refined experience, enjoy it alongside grilled duck breast served with a black cherry reduction, or a rosemary-crusted lamb rack. It also complements herb-infused roasted chicken, as well as rich, wild mushroom lasagna. For an exquisite touch, pair it with smoked charcuterie boards featuring cured meats and aged cheeses, or indulge in hearty casseroles seasoned with fine herbs and spices. Elevate your dining experience with the elegant complexity of Rutini Cabernet Franc, perfect for special occasions or gourmet meals.
