Rutini Cabernet Franc 750ml

Presenting the Rutini Cabernet Franc, a refined wine made from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes sourced from the prestigious Altamira and Gualtallary regions. Under the expertise of the renowned winemaker Lic. Mariano Di Paola, this wine is aged for 12 months, with 20% of the blend maturing in French oak barrels, enhancing its richness and character. The wine boasts a deep garnet color with vibrant purple highlights, inviting you into a captivating sensory experience. Its nose offers an enticing mix of red fruits such as raspberry, strawberry, and blackberry, complemented by fresh mint notes, spices, and subtle smokiness from its barrel aging. On the palate, it reveals a well-structured, velvety texture, with a full body and smooth tannins that lead to a lingering and pleasant finish. Rutini Cabernet Franc pairs exceptionally well with an array of gourmet dishes. For a luxurious meal, enjoy it with grilled duck breast drizzled with a black cherry sauce, or a succulent rosemary-crusted lamb rack. It also shines with roasted chicken infused with herbs or a decadent wild mushroom lasagna. For a truly elevated experience, pair it with a smoked charcuterie selection of cured meats and aged cheeses, or savor it with hearty casseroles seasoned with fine herbs and spices.
