Rusty's YJ Wrangler 4" Advanced Kit

If you are looking for the most complete lift system on the market, look no further than Rusty's 4" Advanced Kit. This suspension system includes all of the optional upgrades as standard equipment, providing everything needed to turn a YJ into a trail hero! Rusty's 4 inch kit is a great way to get the clearance for 33 inch tall tires without compromising on-road ride quality. Rusty's spring packs are built using 5 individual leafs, both front and rear. The springs feature bolt-style retaining clips and nylon anti-friction pads, both of which allow the individual leafs to slide easily against one another for excellent ride and flexing characteristics. Rusty's springs also feature full military wraps for the extra strength needed when out in the rocks. Rubber bushings are used in the frame-mount end of the spring for better flex and ride quality, while poly bushings are used at the shackle end for stability and superior handling. A Rusty's exclusive, this system also includes new poly bushings for the frame end of the shackles. The factory frame shackle bushings are usually cracked and worn out, so new shackle bushings are critical for restoring proper ride and handling characteristics. Rusty's YJ Advanced Kit includes everything else that needs to be addressed with a 4" lift as standard equipment and even throws in a few additional upgrades for strength and better off-road performance. A drop pitman arm (power steering only) is included to correct steering angles, while a transfer case drop kit corrects the driveline angle to eliminates any vibrations. Billet steel degree shims (not aluminum) mount on the rear springs also correct driveline angle. Front and rear track bar brackets address track bar angles, while new longer front and rear stainless steel brake lines are included to replace worn and cracked factory rubber lines. Rusty's own front Sway Bar Quick-Disconnects keep the front anti-sway bar's operating angle in check while unlocking additional suspension flex on the trail. New front and rear U-bolts as well as Rusty's legendary Hydro shocks round out the kit. Make no mistake, this is the most complete YJ lift kits on the market! In addition to all of the standard features, options include upgraded RX200 monotube or RX300 remote reservoir shock absorbers, and two different performance steering stabilizers options. Only Rusty's offers the quality and value Jeep enthusiasts demand! YJ Wrangler shown with 35 X 12.50 R 15 BF Goodrich Mud Terrain KM2 on 15 X 10 Wheels KIT INCLUDES: Front Leaf Springs - 165lb.
