Rusty's Side Guards - XJ Rear Upper Quarter Panel Guards

Fits 4-Door Model 1984-2001 XJ Cherokee models If you're looking for total XJ rear quarter panel protection, combine our RA-JS78-XJ Rear Lower Quarter Guards with these beefy upper guards! Constructed of 1/8" steel that is laser-cut and CNC formed for an exact fit, these panels are perfect for protecting pristine sheet metal from getting damaged on the trail, or covering up damage that has already occurred! In addition to the 1/8" steel panels, we added a 1.25" tube to help protect the window and the upper portion of the body from trees, rocks, and other obstacles on the trail. If you've 'wheeled your Cherokee, you know those rear corners are magnets for damage. When needed, the bar helps "push" the body and rear windows away from danger and helps keep you moving forward. These panels attach using stainless steel riv-nuts, which are stronger than traditional rivets and spread impacts over a larger surface area, which is why a thinner material can withstand heavy loads. The whole assembly is e-coated and then powder coated in gloss black, ensuring a durable finish that will last for years.  Please note the photo shows both the upper and lower quarter panel guards; the lower panel guards are available separately.
