Rusty's HD Steering System - JK Wrangler

Rusty's HD Steering Kit for the JK Wrangler works great as a stand-alone replacement upgrade and creates a steering system that is nearly indestructible! Sold as a complete unit that includes the complete tie rod and drag link assemblies with ends, plus a steering stabilizer bracket. Rusty's JK Steering Kit starts with a massive 1.75" x 0.250-wall DOM tubing for both the tie rod and the drag link. Equally massive 1.25 threaded zinc plated forged adjustable ends thread into the heavy-wall tubing with jam nuts and HD steering stabilizer bracket. The JK's factory steering linkage is complicated and features compound angles that don't respond well to lifts over any heights and the system has also proven to have a few weak points. The Rusty's Steering for 2007-2018 JK Wranglers is beefier than anything on the market and addresses the factory shortcomings while adding significant strength all at the same time! With the JK being over 10 years old there are many needing steering replacements, well there are many companies out there with parts , look at them all and you will see that with the Rusty's Steering Kit there is nothing out there as massive, strong, easy to install and has the great price it has. On Non - Rubicon models with factory sport or factory steel wheels, a 1/4 inch front spacer may be required. Since the Rusty's tie rod ends are so massive they make contact with the edge of the factory wheels.  All after market custom wheels will have no issues.   KEY FEATURES: Massive 1.75" Drag Link and Tie Rod bars Large 1.25" threads on the tie rod ends Zinc plated tie rod ends for protection and long life Serrated Lock Washers The strongest JK steering assembly you can buy Steering stabilizer bracket included   REPLACEMENT TIE ROD END PART NUMBERS: RS-TR018-JK / (Right Hand Thread) (Located on the Driver Side)  RS-TR017-JK / (Left Hand Thread) (Located on the Passenger Side) DRAG LINK TIE ROD END PART NUMBERS: RS-TR016-JK / (Right Hand Thread) (Located on the Passenger Side @ Steering Knuckle) RS-TR015-JK / (Left Hand Thread) ( Located on the Driver Side @ Pitman Arm)
