RUPES S245EPL 45L Dust Extractor – Auto-Filter Clean, Electric/Pneumatic Tool Support

Product Overview The RUPES S245EPL Professional 45‑Liter Dust Extractor is a high‑capacity, industrial‑grade dust extraction system engineered for continuous use with both electric and pneumatic tools. Designed for demanding environments such as automotive refinishing, woodworking, marine repair, composite fabrication, and industrial manufacturing, the S245EPL delivers exceptional suction performance, reliability, and dust‑class compliance. As part of the RUPES S2 Series, the S245EPL features an automatic filter cleaning system, liquid sensor, dual pneumatic tool connections, and single electrical tool connection — making it one of the most advanced extractors available for professional dust‑controlled workspaces. Note: This base S245EPL model does not include hoses or air inline regulators. These components are available separately or in bundled S245 kits. Automatic Filter Cleaning (RUPES S2 System) To maintain maximum suction efficiency, the S245EPL uses a patented automatic filter cleaning system that reverses airflow through the filters every 30 seconds. This ensures continuous cleaning without interrupting extraction performance, allowing operators to work without downtime or suction loss. This extractor uses Class L filters, providing reliable performance for general sanding dust, paint dust, and other common shop debris while maintaining strong airflow and efficient collection. Class L dust extractors have a maximum tolerated exposure value of 1.0 mg/m³ (EN60335‑2‑69/A2). Typical applications include fine dust, mineral dust containing aluminum oxide, most paints, wood, and plaster. Key Features Self‑Cleaning Filter System Automatic filter cleaning maintains peak suction performance in all conditions. Ideal for fine dust, sanding debris, and continuous industrial use. Electric + Pneumatic Tool Support with Auto On‑Off Function Equipped with: 1 × electric tool socket (up to 2400W) 2 × pneumatic tool connections Allows simultaneous use of one electric and one pneumatic tool, or two pneumatic tools at the same time. Features automatic On‑Off vacuum activation when tools are in operation. Simple, Intuitive Controls (RUPES S.C.S. Smart Control System) The S245EPL uses the RUPES S.C.S. Smart Control System, allowing technicians to activate manual or automatic modes and adjust suction from a single intuitive control knob. High‑visibility LED indicators provide clear status information: GREEN for activation, YELLOW for maximum liquid level, and RED for routine maintenance. Liquid Sensor (EPL Version) Integrated liquid sensor automatically stops the extractor when the drum reaches maximum liquid level, preventing damage and overflow. 45‑Liter Drum Capacity Large, durable drum designed for maximum filter‑bag expansion and efficient debris collection. Ideal for high‑volume sanding and industrial environments. Soft Grip Handle Included soft‑grip handle improves maneuverability and control during transport. Attachment Storage Compartment Rear storage compartment holds hoses, cords, and accessories for organized transport and workspace efficiency. Support Plane (Systainer‑Compatible) The top shelf is compatible with Systainer T‑LOC modular systems, allowing the extractor to function as a mobile workstation. S245EL Features & Benefits Automatic Filter Cleaning Patented system reverses airflow every 30 seconds to maintain peak suction without interrupting sanding. Built-In Storage Rear compartment stores hoses, cords, and attachments for organized transport and workspace efficiency. Systainer T‑LOC Compatibility Top shelf integrates with Systainer T‑LOC modular systems to build a stackable storage workstation. Dual pneumatic connections and auto‑start capability allow technicians to run two air tools simultaneously without losing suction performance. The automatic filter‑cleaning system keeps airflow strong during continuous sanding, grinding, or surface‑prep operations. The 45‑liter drum provides high‑capacity dust collection for busy automotive, marine, woodworking, and industrial environments. Integrated liquid sensor protects the extractor during wet applications or accidental liquid pickup. Rear storage compartment and Systainer‑compatible top shelf help keep hoses, cords, and tools organized for mobile or stationary setups. A durable, professional‑grade extractor designed for shops that demand reliability, suction consistency, and multi‑tool compatibility.
