You might be wondering what "runner" fabric is. Well, it is fabric that has finished sides so you can cut a length the size you need and just hem the cut edges and use it as a table runner. Made from Cotton, this heavy yet soft fabric looks like old fashioned grain sack. The uses are endless. Make runners, valances, pillow shams, bolster pillow covers; applique wool pennies or stamp/stencil old advertising on them. Make ditty bags. I could go on and on. Each pattern measures 20" wide and I find the sold color is just a shy smaller than the others. The color is as close to natural as I can describe. Not cream, not tan but not gray either. Sold in YARD lengths only. If you order more than one yard, you will receive a continuous run of fabric.
