Compared to the considerable pain of hemorrhoids and fissures, choosing appropriate foods should be a simple matter. Firstly, drink water and increase your fiber and water intake. Hydration softens stool and encourages peristalsis, the moving-forward action within the intestines. Food products with white flour and meats have no fiber and are a burden to your digestion. Avoid soda.   Consult your doctor if blood is present in your stool.   Avoid rubbing with toilet paper and wipes. Avoid straining at stool. Spend only a few moments on the toilet. Resist the temptation to check your email or Facebook while on the commode. Even if you feel like you only left a partial stool, get up and walk about until that urge returns. Let stool come out without straining. Follow up with RUMP RELIEF™ SERUM and RUMP RELIEF POWDER™ for more lasting results.   Support for hemorrhoids and anal fissures.
