Rum Point

Rum Point House Plan The Rum Point house plan is a contemporary expression of West Indies styling. It features hipped tile rooflines, shuttered awnings and bracketed eaves for a decidedly Caribbean feel. The grand Portico leads into the Foyer with accenting walls that feature stone inlays. The Great Room is directly beyond and impresses with its linear fireplace, 13’ high stepped ceilings and pocketing 10’ high glass sliding doors. To the right is a gourmet Kitchen that is highlighted by a 12’ island and a coffee bar with built in Miele coffee maker. The Kitchen overlooks the Dining Room with its dramatic corner-less stacking glass wall panels. The Kitchen also has a large walk in pantry and the Dining features a built-in wine cooler. Off of the Dining Room is the Master Suite entered through a Master Foyer. The Master Suite has pocketing glass doors overlooking the view at the rear of the home. The Master Bath includes his and her vanities, a large walk-in shower, and a master closet. On the way to the three car garage is a family valet to place keys, purses, etc., a storage closet, Utility Room and the first guest suite with private bath. The left side of the home contains the second guest suite overlooking the Veranda, a guest bath and the home’s study/home office. This West Indies house plan provides ample opportunity to enjoy both the outdoor and indoor living spaces without sacrificing curb appeal or functionality. The Veranda features a fireplace/TV wall and an outdoor kitchen for enjoying cool evenings—it’s perfect for outdoor parties and other social events. Everything about this home celebrates casual living, both inside and out. Each bedroom is separated for maximum privacy. The Rum Point house plan has 2764 square feet of living area with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
