Ruby Rubber Plant (Ficus elastica 'Ruby')

Ruby Rubber Plant is a variegated Ficus elastica selection with glossy leaves marbled in reddish pink, cream, and green, wrapped in a bold pink sheath as each new leaf unfurls. The color holds longer into leaf maturity on Ruby than on similar variegated rubber plant cultivars, which is what makes it stand out on a shelf or floor. Because the pale, less chlorophyll rich sections of the leaf need more light to thrive, give it a bright spot near an east or south window. Choose your size at checkout, a 6 or 8 inch nursery pot, shipped potted and ready to grow. Keep it away from cats and dogs.
