Crafted with Orcas island sourced tart heritage apples and heirloom crabapples, this preserve has great balance and color. Smooth, dense, with just the slightest hint of bitter, it's a perfect companion to cheese. Especially loved with soft, gooey cheeses. Not too sweet and perfect with charcuterie. Enjoy using for Jam Tarts or slathering on store bought shortbread. 4.5 oz. They farm and grow many fruits organically and use Fair Trade unrefined organic cane sugar. Outsourced fruits and vegetables are sourced locally and from small farms.
