Ruby Art Print

Ruby is a bold floral illustration inspired by the quiet courage of Ruby Bridges, the six-year-old girl who helped desegregate the American South in 1960. With its deep red petals, warm orange undertones, and strong green leaves, this artwork radiates bravery, beauty, and resilience. The composition is simple but powerful; one towering bloom standing tall, surrounded by space. It reflects Ruby’s presence as a small child walking into a crowd of resistance and changing history with a single step. This piece was created to honor that moment and the strength it still carries. Perfect for lovers of retro florals, minimalist botanicals, and meaningful art that tells a story. Shipping: Art prints larger than 8x10 are shipped rolled in sturdy triangular cardboard mailers, which is the industry standard for protecting larger artwork during transit. For tips on flattening after arrival, please see my FAQ or reach out to me directly. Please note: Frame is not included. Mat is not included. Note: I’m a one-woman studio that works with a trusted printing partner, who produces and ships each print to order. This helps reduce waste and allows me to offer more variety.
