Rubi Delta Leveling System 1/32" Clips

Rubi Delta Leveling System 1/32" (1 mm) Clips Rubi Delta Leveling System clips are designed to ensure the tile's best leveling and positioning during installation. The plastic clips work with the leveling system wedges to establish a rigid grout line and create a level tile surface.   Features 1/32" (1 mm) grout joint line For use with 1/8" (3 mm) - 1/2" (12 mm) thick tile Available in 200, 400, and 2,400-piece bags/boxes Ideal for installing large format tiles (minimum tile size - 12" x 12") with the back buttering method Clips are easily removed after the adhesive has cured by either kicking the clip/wedge out of the grout line or using a mallet Designed to prevent movement of tile and adhesive while the adhesive is set for an ideal surface flatness Saves time and money during tile installation How to Install Tile with the Delta Leveling System Step 1: Spread your tile adhesive and lay the tile. Place Rubi Delta clips underneath the tile slightly back from the edge. Keep the clip firm against the tile as the clip acts as a spacer Step 2: Set the adjacent tile firmly into the adhesive. Butt the tile against the Delta clip giving the 1/32" joint (if a larger joint is required, spacers can be used, or set the required joint size). Slide the Delta wedges through the clips until they are firmly leveling both tiles Step 3: Using your thumb, push the Delta wedge with the right amount of pressure required to create the perfect finish. If you need more pressure on the tile, use the Delta Leveling Pliers. Once the tiles are locked in position, they will stay until the adhesive sets. You can still slightly adjust the joint width while the adhesive is setting if needed without disrupting the height of the tiles Step 4: After the adhesive has been set, you can easily remove the wedges and clips with a rubber mallet on the walls and by mallet or your foot on the floor. Hit the clip on its side in the direction of the tile joint, and the wedge and clip will dislodge from the tile at the breakpoint below the tile, leaving the joint free for grouting or silicone expansion
