Rubi Tools DC-250 Python Rail Saw

Rubi Tools DC-250 Python Professional Rail Saw The DC-250 Python is a professional saw for cutting porcelain, stoneware, and ceramic tiles. It features a 1.5 HP engine and a movable head for wet cutting with a mitering effect. C3 Python Cooling System The new system guarantees that water use is optimized by directing it only at the point of contact with the tile. At the same time, it minimizes water loss from the disc's centrifugal effect, thus reducing splashing. It guarantees the perfect cooling of the diamond part, prolonging disc life and improving cutting precision. A cooling system with a triple contact point between the disc, the water, and the material to be cut. The water jet is always tangent to the disc's rotation (not lateral). The tube movement is always concentric on the rotation of the disc, ensuring permanent contact between the nozzle and ceramic, regardless of disc thickness, utilizing a clip system on the cutting head to quickly and precisely adjust the tube height, thus avoiding direct manipulation and guaranteeing the user's safety when attempting to adjust the cooling jet manually. Providing a height adjustment makes it possible to ensure perfect visibility when making the initial cut. Features Professional quality electric wet saws Direct drive 1.5 HP single-phase motor with thermal protector Available in two models: 850 and 1200, with maximum cutting lengths of 38.5" inches and 47.6" inches, respectively Mobile head-on bearings and foldable at 45 degrees for miter cuts Reinforced aluminum chassis, which improves stability directly, resulting in a better cut finish Plunge cut capable Disc parallelism control system allows the user to adjust the motor position more precisely Square regulation system, which features a position axis and spring, allowing the user to reposition and align the entire square assembly for more accurate cuts Aluminum square adjustable from 0 to 60 degrees for repetitive cuts Reinforced folding legs with anti-folding and quick-locking system Carrying handle welded to the chassis for easier portability and handling of the machine Extruded aluminum upper trays that are removable for easy cleaning Faster and simpler disc alignment system using only one screw Cable tube with optimized rod position, which helps the movement of the cutting head and offers greater cable protection improved splash guard system with self-sliding protective cap Ergonomic and bi-material handle (soft-grip) in a horizontal position Exclusive RUBI ZERO DUST patented system certified by the TNO*for safe exposure thanks to the reduction of breathable dust particles created while cutting Grounding connection built into the chassis What's Included?
