Inspired by the Italian Mafia in Chicago during the early 1900's, this shrub is complex, citrusy, and slightly bitter. A combination of Sicilian blood orange, green tea, pu-erh tea, and a white wine based vinegar creates notes of almond, vanilla, orange and earth. Fantastic with aged rums and whiskeys, or a with a splash of soda for a non-alcoholic refresher.
