RS2 Emerger - Grey

RS2 Emerger — Grey Think of this as the handshake between dry flies and nymphs — awkward for some, irresistible for trout. The RS2 Emerger is a tail-water fly pattern that behaves like an emerging nymph and fishes like a tiny drama queen at the surface. Who it's for: anglers who like fish to make the first move, weekend warriors chasing tailwater runs, and anyone living the AXG Life — Life, Adventure-Ready and ready to turn small rises into big stories. Key Features & Design Pattern: RS2 Emerger — an essential tail water fly pattern and a killer emerger. Color options: Grey, Olive, or Tan — pick the mood of the day or the insect. Action: Designed to be fished as an emerging nymph at the surface or just under the surface. Performance & Benefits This fly isn’t shy about multitasking. Fish it at the surface to mimic emerging mayflies and watch selective trout make theatrical decisions. If they ignore the surface, slide it just under the film — it reads like a breadcrumb trail from egg to wing and trout can’t resist investigating. Why it levels up your fishing: Turns tentative takes into committed strikes — because subtlety sometimes needs a nudge. Versatile colors for different water and light conditions — Grey, Olive, or Tan keeps you covered. Perfect for tailwaters where trout are picky and you need a fly that plays both roles — emergent and nymph. Fish it with patience, change depth like you’re indecisive on purpose, and let the RS2 do the convincing. Built for midnight trail runs and questionable decisions on riverside beers — but mostly built for catching trout. Ready to add it to your kit? Toss an RS2 Emerger into your fly box and make your next rise story worth telling — add to cart and make your next drift unforgettable.
