Rowan House Plan

The Rowan is a recreation of our popular Modena house plan. The client needed to reduce the width and depth to fit their lot and wanted different elevation options. Thus the Rowan was birthed. The Rowan floor plan packs a lot in its small footprint - just under 2000 living square feet! Its exterior is understated and elegant. The tall entry welcomes guests with a luxurious feel. Inside, the home’s foyer leads directly to the great room. As soon as you walk in you can see straight past the veranda to rear views. The heart of the Rowan home plan is the great room. It is complete with a built-in entertainment center and sliding glass doors. Right off the great room is the dining area and kitchen. The dining room also offers a sliding glass door to the veranda. The kitchen is complete with a center island and pantry. Beyond the kitchen is a utility room and access to the garage. Off of the great room, near the foyer, is a guest bedroom. This would also be perfect as a home office or craft room. The left side of the home is completely dedicated to bedrooms - two guest bedrooms, a hall bath, and the master suite. Both guest bedrooms offer large windows, bringing in natural light. The master suite offers his and her closets, dual vanities, and a large walk-in shower. A door from the master bedroom leads to the oversized veranda, which is complete with an outdoor fireplace. The veranda is a perfect place to entertain.
