Route 66 Layered Wood Ornament

Get your kicks on a piece of classic Americana with this multi-layered Route 66 Highway Sign. Route 66 was commissioned in 1926 and ran for 2,448 miles from Chicago, Illinois to Santa Monica, California. While the official use of the highway was decommissioned in 1985, it became a historical legacy that continues to live on shining a light on the American sense of adventure. Made from a mix of real cherry, maple, and walnut woods every piece is unique due to the varying grains of wood. The ornament measures approx. 3.5”x3”
