The actual diameter of our Round End Caps is 0.125" less than the diameter of the round tube itself. For example, our MB2118-001 Round End Cap for 1.00" Tube measures 0.875" O.D. This provides space to make a fillet weld for a clean look & finish. Keep your shop well stocked with a variety all of our available sizes! Sold by each.
