Round Shape Double Dual Nail Form - 240pcs

Double Dual Form Nail Tip Box 240pcs – Sandwich Nail Method Create cleaner, more consistent nail extensions with the Dynamic Nail Supply Double Dual Form 240pcs, designed for the sandwich dual form technique. Unlike a traditional single dual form, this system uses a top form and a bottom form together. Nail enhancement product is placed between the two forms, helping shape both the upper surface and underside of the extension at the same time. Once fully cured, the forms are removed to reveal a smooth, structured nail extension that requires less finishing compared with building the underside completely by hand. Designed for professional nail technicians as well as experienced DIY users, the Double Dual Form system can be used with polygel and compatible builder gel systems to create extensions with controlled shape, consistent curvature, and a cleaner underside. Key Features 240 pieces per box Double dual form system with coordinating top and bottom forms Designed for the sandwich nail extension method Helps create a smooth, clean underside Pre-shaped forms help guide the overall nail structure Transparent material allows you to see product placement during application Helps maintain more consistent sidewalls and curvature Can reduce the amount of filing needed after removal Suitable for use with polygel and compatible builder gels Forms can be cleaned and reused when appropriate and when their condition remains suitable for application How the Double Dual Form Works The bottom form is positioned underneath the natural nail and helps shape the underside of the extension. Product is then placed inside the top dual form, which is positioned over the natural nail and aligned with the bottom form. As the two forms come together, the gel is shaped between them—creating the “sandwich” effect. After curing according to your gel manufacturer's instructions, the top and bottom forms are carefully removed, leaving the extension ready for final shaping and finishing. Basic Application 1. Prep the natural nail Clean and prepare the nail plate, push back the cuticle area, gently remove surface shine, and apply your preferred nail-prep products according to your gel system. 2. Choose the correct size Select top and bottom forms that properly fit the natural nail. The forms should sit comfortably without excessive pressure or large gaps. 3. Position the bottom form Align the bottom form underneath the free edge of the natural nail and secure it using your preferred compatible application method. 4. Apply product to the top form Place an appropriate amount of polygel or builder gel inside the top form. Keep the cuticle and sidewall areas controlled while building the desired structure through the center of the extension. 5. Create the sandwich Position the filled top form over the natural nail and gently press it into alignment with the bottom form. Watch the product through the clear form and remove any excess before curing. 6. Cure completely Flash cure as needed to stabilize the form, then complete the full cure according to the instructions provided by the manufacturer of your gel product. 7. Remove and finish Gently release the top form followed by the bottom form. Refine the length and sidewalls as needed, lightly buff where necessary, clean the surface, and finish with top coat. Why Use the Sandwich Method? Using both a top and bottom form gives the nail technician more control over the extension from both sides of the nail. Instead of shaping only the top and later correcting the underside, the Double Dual Form helps establish the underside during the application itself. This can help produce: Cleaner underside • More controlled shape • Consistent curvature • Less corrective filing • Faster finishing Available Shapes The Double Dual Form 240pcs collection is available in: Long Almond • Long Stiletto • Medium Square • Round Shape • XXL Coffin • XXL Square • XXL Stiletto Choose the shape that best matches your desired nail length and finished style. Professional Tips For best results, test-fit the forms before applying product. The form should accommodate the natural nail without pinching the sidewalls. Avoid using excessive product, as too much gel may overflow when the top and bottom forms are pressed together. Always remove uncured gel from the skin before curing and follow the curing time and application instructions for the specific gel system being used.
