Round Poly Tank | Heavy-Duty Plastic Water Tank for Livestock by Sioux Steel

Overview Why This Round Poly Tank Is the Livestock Equipment You Can’t Do Without When you search for a round poly tank that truly delivers for your ranch or farm, you need something that’s tough, reliable, safe, and built for the long haul. That’s what the Sioux Steel Round Poly Tank offers. Whether you’re in blazing summer heat, freezing winters, feeding in the field, or keeping livestock in a barn, this is the kind of round water storage tanks solution that works hard — without the headaches. This round poly tank is designed with plastic water tanks technology that resists cracking, denting, warping, or corroding. You won’t find weak corners or thin walls that give out under pressure or with age. Instead, every part is uniform in thickness, with rounded edges and smooth, strong sides. That means fewer failures, fewer injuries, and far less maintenance than you'd expect with ordinary metal or seam-welded tanks. Capacity options are generous. Sizes range from about 335 gallons all the way up to 950 gallons (roughly 1,268 to 3,600 liters), giving you flexibility depending on herd size, water needs, and layout. Want something for a smaller barn? There’s a mid-size one. Need something for a large pasture or feedlot? The 950-gallon model has you covered. Again, durability is built in — this isn’t just a tank; it’s a long-term water supply system for your animals. One of the biggest advantages of choosing this kind of tank over traditional stock tanks is its weather resistance. Plastic (polyethylene) doesn’t rust, dent, or corrode like steel does. It stands up to UV rays, freezing temperatures, heat, pressure from animals leaning in, or accidental knocks. Plus, because it’s a one-piece design without welded seams, you avoid leaks, rust joints, or weak welds that tend to fail. Another key piece: animal safety. Rounded edges, no sharp corners, smooth walls – your livestock won’t get cut or bruised. Horses, cattle, pigs, goats, sheep — any species benefit. In addition, because of the sheer storage volume, you won’t be refilling as often. That saves you time, labor, fuel, and stress. From a cost perspective, the up-front investment pays off. Fewer repairs, no rust treatment, no repainting, fewer replacements – it all adds up. For farms, ranches, or livestock operations serious about reliable infrastructure, this round poly tank delivers real ROI. Finally, this tank is highly versatile. Use it in a feedlot, pasture, field, barn, or confinement area. Works with utility systems, field-fill setups, or even portable setups if needed. If you’re using plastic water tanks or need round water storage tanks that hold up, this is one of your best bets.
