Rough Quartz Crystal Point

These chunky quartz crystals are a mix of cloudy quartz with a few clear spots that break through. They remind us of a partly cloudy day and give off that kind of vibe, relaxed, unbothered by what’s coming, and ready to take it easy for the rest of the day. Maybe we’re reading into it a bit much, but we find that with all crystals, there’s a deeper feeling each one invokes within us. A little woo-woo? Sure. Packed with lazy-day aura? Absolutely. Here’s a bit about quartz: Quartz is the second most abundant mineral in Earth’s continental crust, following feldspar. Composed of oxygen and silicon atoms, it forms through the crystallization of magma or hydrothermal vents. Found in various forms such as points, masses, grains, and prisms, quartz is the most abundant mineral on Earth. It was first recorded in 300 B.C. by Theophrastus, who named it kristallos, deriving from the word “ice,” reflecting the ancient belief that quartz was formed from ice. The modern name, “quartz crystal,” comes from the German word quartz, meaning “hard,” and the Greek word kruos, meaning “icy cold.” Quartz’s numerous impurities and inclusions give rise to a wide range of crystals, including rose quartz, amethyst, tiger’s eye, aventurine, citrine, rutilated quartz, chalcedony, and prase, among others. According to metaphysics, quartz is often called the “Universal Crystal” due to its many uses. It is highly beneficial for manifesting, healing, meditation, protection, and channeling. Known for its powerful amplifying qualities, quartz helps reconnect us to our true selves and guides us on the path to enlightenment. Its clear energy magnifies the vibrations we put into it, making it an excellent tool for manifestation. Clear quartz activates all the chakras simultaneously and purifies the aura. Vibrating with clear white light, it encompasses all colors, making it perfect for chakra balancing and filling the aura with optimism and joy. It is an essential stone for anyone interested in crystal healing. All minerals and stones vary in size and shape.
