2 | Rotax Carburetor Slide

Carburetor Slide for Rotax Max Kart Racing Engines. Denoted as part (2) on the diagram, this slide opens and closes the aperture for metering the fuel and air mixture into the engine on a Rotax Max Evo kart engine. Each slide comes as its own assembly, and is sold separately from the jet needle, return spring, or the carburetor. While rare, it is occasionally possible for the slide to become damaged or chipped from something entering the carburetor or mis-handling during service, at which time replacing your slide is suggested. The same throttle slide is utilized across the Rotax Max Evo engine line-up, from Micro Max to DD2 engines in the VSHSB carburetor.
