Rosewood - Mahogany

A Collaboration With JoeScentMe Rosewood in Mahogany opens with the sharp, electric warmth of black pepper and cardamom, spiced and immediate, like the first note struck on a new string. As it settles, living rosewood and spruce emerge at the heart, woody and resinous, carrying the quiet complexity of materials that have been carefully chosen. Vanilla bean softens the mid, adding a gentle sweetness that feels warm and natural rather than indulgent. The base is where the fragrance truly reveals itself. Mahogany, deep and dry. Guaiac wood, smoky and ancient. Oud oil, rich and enduring. A foundation built to last, the way a great instrument is built to last. Structure first. Resonance always. 75ml bottle Eau de Parfum 18% Please note: all pre-orders will ship on August 25th. Rosewood - Mahogany A Scents of Wood Collaboration. Rosewood in Mahogany is the second influencer collaboration in Scents of Wood history. Born from a conversation about wood, craft, and the memory that materials carry, this fragrance began not in a perfume brief but in a guitar factory. Joe Secu, known as JoeScentMe, spent twenty two years in the music industry and came to understand tonewoods the way a luthier does. Not just by sound, but by smell. That perspective is what brought him to Scents of Wood. JoeScentMe did not just put his name on this. He brought a point of view that no one else could have brought. Every layer of this fragrance was built the way a great guitar is built. With intention, with materials that speak, and with a deep understanding of how structure creates resonance. The question that started everything was simple. What would it mean to build a bespoke acoustic guitar in liquid form? Rosewood in Mahogany is the answer.
