They are typically made of semi-precious stone, carved into the shape of an egg to allow comfortable insertion into the vagina. Benefits can include: - Intensifying orgasms - Strengthening the pelvic floor muscles - Improving or preventing incontinence - Assistance in after birth recovery - Strengthening your "Chi" or life force energy - Improving self care and self-love Due to the fact that they are made of crystal, it is also believed that they have added spiritual, emotional and physical benefits from the stone. These benefits differ from one stone to another.  How to Use: Clean your yoni egg upon receiving using warm water and a gentle soap. You can also charge or clear their energy since it is a healing crystal. You may either want to start with the medium size or the larger size if you are a beginner, working your way to the small size. This also depends on what you are using the yoni egg for in particular.
