The short answer is yes, rose quartz is a great stone for giving to your loved ones. But this is also an oversimplification of the power of rose quartz. A stone of unconditional love and infinite peace, rose quartz opens your heart and offers deep healing through loving acceptance and compassion.  One of the great stones of forgiveness, this pink crystal teaches the true essence of love. How to Use Rose Quartz For your own serenity and wellbeing, you may need to look back to the past, accept it as it was, and move on. Rose Quartz is the perfect companion for this journey. On a piece of paper, write down one area of your life where you want to call in more love, kindness, and/or compassion. Place your Rose Quartz on top of it. Meditate with Rose Quartz in each hand to align yourself with the energy of growth and new beginnings. Use smaller pieces of Rose Quartz to make a powerful crystal grid and repeat the mantra "I am strong. I am compassionate. I am loved."
