Ingredients: Alcohol, Water and 100% pure Oil Rose (Rosa damascena) imported from Bulgaria Taste and Aroma: Floral and sweet, unmistakable aroma of roses. Uses: Try adding a few drops to tea, sauces, dressings and sorbet. Rose Extract can be used to enhance the fragrance of potpourri, sachets and floral bouquets. While our Rose Extract was developed for culinary purposes, it has a beautiful aroma and some customers use it as a perfume. Rose Extract is very potent and should always be used sparingly in food. Substitutes:Rose Water and Rose Hips Fun Fact: Approximately 10,000 flowers are used to make 1 pound of the rose oil used in this extract.
