Rope Wrapped Roost Bar

The Rope-Wrapped Roost Bar – Comfort for Their Feet (and Their Soul) Give your flock the gold standard in roosting with our handcrafted Rope-Wrapped Roost Bar. Designed for comfort, health, and natural instincts, it keeps your chickens happy and safe. Natural Grip and Comfort We craft each bar from solid, rot-resistant Douglas fir and chamfer-cut the edges for easy gripping. Then, we wrap it tightly in natural-fiber rope to mimic a real tree branch. Chickens weren’t meant to sleep on flat boards—they were meant to perch. Vet-Recommended for Happy Feet Because airflow passes beneath their feet, our rope-wrapped design eases pressure points and helps prevent bumblefoot. It’s a small change with a big impact on flock health. Easy to Install, Easy to Clean, Built to Last Available in 4', 6', and 8' lengths, these roost bars fit most henhouses and remove easily for cleaning. Plus, you get both beauty and function in one smart perch. Custom Sizes Available Need a custom length? Then call 919-794-3989 or email sales@carolinacoops.com to special order. A cozy perch.
