We ship all samples via USPS to your home. The rope sample is approximately 4"long and represents the color used in the mat. If the mat has more than one color in the design, all colors are sent. Since these mats are custom made, if you are uncertain about the color, we highly recommend a sample prior to ordering as these are final sales. Samples are available upon request at $1 a sample + shipping. The sample is a 4" string/piece of the rope, it is not a tiny doormat. Please email thecrew@ourboathouse.com to request samples. Warranty: 5 year limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects that are due to faulty material or workmanship. This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse, slight shrinking or fading. Please note: It's completely normal for the mats that are always exposed to heavy environmental conditions like hot, direct sunlight, heavy rains, etc. These constant conditions may cause very slight shrinkage to occur. The mats are handwoven and there is "give" to the weave.  Final Sales (no exclusions): Sizes 30x50, 20x72, 30x60 and 30x72 are final sales and not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Measure your area accordingly and get samples for colors. Due to the hand made efforts, weight and shipping costs - these will be final sales with no exceptions.
