Warranty: 5 year limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects that are due to faulty material or workmanship. This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse, slight shrinking or fading. Please note: It's completely normal for the mats that are always exposed to heavy environmental conditions like hot, direct sunlight, heavy rains, etc. These constant conditions may cause very slight shrinkage to occur. The mats are handwoven and there is "give" to the weave.  Final Sales (no exclusions): All sizes are final sales and not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Measure your area accordingly and get samples for colors. Due to the hand made efforts, weight and shipping costs - these will be final sales with no exceptions.
