Roots - Sample

When you are overwhelmed, overworked, or drifting in the noise of a busy mind, Roots serves as your anchor. Much as trees must root deeply to grow upward, we require the stability of our root system to be able to extend effortlessly into the world. Crafted to fortify your foundation, this blend brings you instantly back to the physical self, connects you to the solidity of the earth’s gravitational field. It is particularly supportive for days when anxiety leaves you feeling like you are "floating," providing the instant grounding needed to return you to your center. The Ritual: Apply 1 pump per foot, covering the entire surface. For times when more substantial grounding is required, massage 2-3 pumps along the length of each leg, moving downward toward the soles to seal your connection to the earth.
