Root Guard Gopher Basket Mini (6/pk)

The Root Guard Gopher Basket Mini (6/pk) offers a humane and highly effective way to shield small plants or bulbs from destructive gopher activity. Made from vinyl-coated 1/2" hex mesh, these durable baskets are far superior to chicken or aviary wire when it comes to long-lasting gopher resistance. To use, simply place a basket in the planting hole with a portion of the mesh above soil level—this discourages gophers from entering overland. Nestle your plant inside, backfill with soil, and enjoy peace of mind knowing your roots are protected. Key features: Constructed from sturdy vinyl-coated 1/2" hex mesh for durability and weather resistance. Ideal for safeguarding bulbs, starter plants, and small root systems. Each basket opens to 4" diameter x 5" depth—perfect for raised beds and tight spaces. For additional pest deterrent solutions, explore our full range of organic pest control products.
