Root:1 Pinot Noir

Tasting Notes Root:1 Pinot Noir from Chile’s Casablanca Valley is a vibrant, medium-bodied red that captures the essence of cool-climate winemaking. It opens with rich aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries, and a touch of cherry, layered with soft spice and a hint of vanilla that adds depth and complexity. On the palate, it’s silky and smooth, offering a lively mix of red and black fruit flavors, flinty undertones, and subtle grassy notes that lend a fresh, earthy character. The wine’s bright acidity and gentle tannins create a well-rounded structure, leading to a clean, lingering finish. Root:1 Pinot Noir is an easy-drinking yet expressive wine that pairs beautifully with grilled fish, pasta dishes, or barbequed chicken, making it a versatile choice for casual dinners or relaxed gatherings. 750mL
