Rooibos Leaf Tea (Bagged)

This delicious tea is made from our own premium quality Organic Rooibos Tea, sometimes known as the red tea or redbush tea. The leaves undergo an oxidation process, and this process produces the distinctive reddish-brown color or Rooibos and enhances the flavor. It has a natural sweetness, with an earthy and rich flavor. Rooibos Tea is commonly prepared in the same manner as black tea, and milk and sugar can be added to taste. Other methods include a slice of lemon and using honey instead of sugar to sweeten. It tastes great both hot and as an iced tea. Ingredients: Rooibos  Caffeine-Free!  All of our tea bags are made with unbleached tea filter paper. Each tea bag is approximately 2.5 inches by 2.5 inches with no string and no tag. Bring water just to rolling boil (200-212 degrees F). Steep for 3-5 minutes. For a stronger brew, use more tea bags rather than more time, as steeping too long can result in a bitter tea.
