Rooibos Extract, 1oz

Rooibos (Aspalathus linearis) Rooibos is a red bush plant most commonly used as a tea to reduce stress. It may relieve nervous tension, help to lower blood pressure, and soothe respiratory problems. Rooibos is high in calcium, manganese, and fluoride – all of which contribute to teeth and bone health. The quercetin in Rooibos is a powerful anti-inflammatory which may protect cells from damage by free radicals, thus reducing the risk of illness and disease. Additionally, Rooibos may help balance blood sugar, promote an increase in good cholesterol, and hinder bad cholesterol from blocking arteries. 30 drops in water or juice, three times per day, six days per week Shake well before using. Not to be used during pregnancy. Consult with your physician before use. Keep away from children. Use only as directed on label.
