Roller Stool

Roller Swivel Stool, by B&T Design Studio, 2013. The Roller Swivel Stool is a compact, stackable swivel stool designed to bring movement, color, and flexible seating to modern shared interiors. Created by B&T Design Studio, Roller offers a playful and practical solution for offices, schools, libraries, lounges, meeting areas, co-working spaces, training rooms, and collaborative environments that need seating that is easy to use, easy to move, and easy to store. With its smooth rotating top and fixed lower base, the Roller Swivel Stool supports dynamic seating without taking up much space. The bottom half remains stable while the upper section rotates, giving users a more active and flexible sitting experience. Its compact 40 cm height makes it suitable for modular arrangements, casual meeting zones, classrooms, breakout areas, and informal lounge settings where people need quick, comfortable seating without the furniture acting like it owns the building. The stool’s stackable design helps save space when not in use, making it especially useful for high-traffic interiors, multipurpose rooms, training spaces, schools, libraries, and offices with changing layouts. Whether used individually or grouped together, Roller creates a casual seating option that feels light, cheerful, and adaptable. One of Roller’s signature details is its two-tone upholstery option. The top and bottom sections are often upholstered in different colors, giving the stool a distinctive and playful character. This makes it easy to create calm monochrome seating, bold color combinations, or lively educational and workplace interiors with more visual energy. Perfect as a swivel stool, stackable stool, compact office stool, classroom stool, library stool, flexible seating stool, or collaborative lounge seat, the Roller Swivel Stool combines movement, comfort, color, and space-saving function in one small but highly useful seating piece. Its rotating seat, fixed base, stackable form, and customizable upholstery make it a smart choice for interiors that need adaptable seating with personality.
