What we think: Burlington 1819 is a very nice, rich, fresh spicy citrus fragrance with a hint of smooth rum. As with many Roja fragrances, it manages to supersede the individual notes, and instead smells like a well blended cohesive mix. Part of our Best Boozy Fragrances Collection (in this case with Burlington 1819, for those who want a very smooth fresh take on booze!).
